Space: House appropriators voted to give NASA $1.1 billion less than the $16.2 billion Bush requested and did not fund several projects proposed by the White House, including development of a new moon exploration vehicle. Senate appropriators, however, voted Tuesday to give NASA $200 million more than Bush sought.
