		<description><![CDATA[Besides all the amateur rocket companies and rocketplane firmly at Oklahoma, what full scale rocket companies plan on lanching here?  The only other Wisconsin space company is ORBITEC I can think of but they are just working on the vortex engines.  Am I missing someone?]]></description>
