But, in the real world where an under performing economy is still on the menu. NASA will have to earn its dinner. Public funding for NASA be contingent on the public witnessing successful human space flight endeavours involving true destinations like Moon and Mars. To facilitate this performance nuclear space technology needs to be taken seriously.
