		<description><![CDATA[Interesting how all the players vying for power were in on this as to look &quot;commercial&quot;.  While it appears Mr. Rohrabacher and Mr. Smith spoke to the issue, we should not look into too hard into the fact the Mr. Sensenbrenner did not.  He co-sponsored the bill.  Even Ms. Johnson got in on the act.

It will be an interesting few weeks to see who obtains leadership in the House.  It will determine how hard we need to fight for certain programs that are working.  I submit the next two years are far more critical than the last two or the 2014-2016 term.
